The ‘Sandringham” Garden Double Room is inspired by Sandringham the Norfolk retreat of her Majesty the Queen. With the Sandringham estate only being a 20 minute drive away. We enjoy walking in the estate woods and when the House is open we often go for a good walk in the gardens and around the lakes. This Garden room over looks our garden and so guests find it very tranquil. We encourage wild life into the garden and try to have many bee friendly plants. The room is en -suite and has free wifi and a tray with tea, coffee and hot chocolate facilities. Guest are able to sit in the garden and have even had picnics and drinks before heading out.


The ‘Norfolk Lavender’ Garden Twin room is inspired by the “world famous lavender gardens (12 acres) and the Lavender Oil Distillery, National Lavender Collection and Herb Garden”. This is only a 30 minute drive from us and is a beautiful place to visit. The room over looks our cottage style garden and its a lovely place to sit out in.We encourage wild life into the garden and try to have many bee friendly plants. The room is en -suite and has free wifi and a tray with tea, coffee and hot chocolate facilities. Guest are welcome to sit with us out in our garden and have even had picnics and drinks before heading out.


‘Wells-next-the-sea’ is a single room en-suite. It looks out into our beautiful garden. It is inspired by Wells next the sea which has a lovely harbour. There is a Collection of photos in the room of the beautiful beach which has golden sand and colourfully painted beach huts. Guest either drive or take the Coastal Hoper bus to see Wells. There is tea, coffee, hot chocolate and home made biscuits in the room. We get great feed back on the fluffy white towels.


The ‘Hunstanton’ room is upstairs at the front of the house and has a double bed and is en suite. We enjoy visiting Hunstanton as it is only a 30 minute drive away and is a lovely sea side town. The photos in the room show the beautiful famous cliffs of “Sunny Hunny”. In the room there is tea, coffee, hot chocolate and home made biscuits. We have free view television and free WIFI.


The ‘Holkham’ room is on the ground floor and has easy access being near the front door. This twin room is en suite. This room is inspired by Holkham hall 18th Century country house. We have photos of the house which was constructed in the Palladian style for Thomas Coke, 1st Earl of Leicester ] by the architect William Kent, aided by the architect and aristocrat Lord Burlington. In the room we supply tea, coffee hot chocolate and home made biscuits. All the rooms have free WIFI. There are two comfy chairs to sit on as well.


‘The Walks” is a compact twin room upstairs with en suite. We are so fortunate to live next to ‘The walks” an historic urban park in the heart of King’s Lynn. The Walks is the only surviving 18th century town walk in Norfolk. Boasting a unique 15th century chapel, The Red Mount. A 4.3 million Heritage lottery funded restoration has returned the 42 acre park to its former glory. The room is at the back of our house and looks out onto our garden. There is tea, coffee, hot chocolate and home made biscuits in the the room. There is free view televisions and good WIFI.


The ‘Norfolk” Family room has a double and a single bed and a separate exclusive bath room. The room sleeps 2 adults and a child or just 2 adults. The room is up stairs and at the front of the Victorian house. The bath room is just down the corridor and originally the bath room was for the whole house is now only for this room. Guest love the bath and it has a shower as well. The room has pictures from around the Norfolk coast line. There is tea, coffee, hot chlorate and home made biscuits. There is free view television and free WIFI.
