Room Information - The Walks

This room is a COMPACT TWIN room UPSTAIRS with en-suite, walk-in shower.

If there is anything you need, please don’t hesitate to ask us.

Please let us know if you have allergies to feather pillows. The duvets are microfibre and non-allergenic.

Breakfast: Breakfast will be between 7:30 and 9:00 on weekdays and between 8:00 and 9:30 at weekends. We have slots available every 15 minutes. If you want to reserve a time ahead of your arrival, please let us know – otherwise you will be asked at check-in. If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please let us know in advance . Please ask if you want a copy of our allergy book.

Coffee & Tea:  You will find a kettle and necessary crockery in your room as well as tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits. These will be topped up every day but please ask if you need anymore. Flasks of fresh semi-skimmed milk (soya, oat or almond available on request) will be provided – these can be found from 15:30 each day in the mini fridge in the breakfast room. The cold water in your bathrooms is mains water and is drinkable.

Check in is from 15.30 to 18.00 unless otherwise agreed by prior arrangement. If we will be unavailable when you expect to arrive, we will leave your key in a key safe and send you instructions by email. Check out we ask that you are checked out by 10.30 am. Please note the rooms are cleaned daily between 9.30 and 12.00. Please let us know if you want your room to be left.

Emergency: If the Fire Alarm goes off, leave by the nearest exit and the assembly point is in the car park. For out of hours doctors, please call 111. You may also call the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Gayton Road, King's Lynn, PE30 4ET T: 01553613613.

Environment: Please turn off the TV and lights as you leave the room. If you wish, towels or bath matts changed, please leave them in the shower tray.

Any damages to the room or bedding will need to be paid for. Every effort will be made to clean up spillages but if marks do not come out they will need to be paid for.

Garden:  Please use any area of the garden to sit, eat and drink. Please only use the patio directly in front of the Sandringham bedroom if that is your room.

Glasses:  Beer and Wine glasses are available on in the breakfast room, next to the milk fridge..

Hairdryer: Can be found in your top drawer.

Restaurants and Places of interest - please see Things To Do. We have a small stock of leaflets available in the breakfast room. Please share any feedback with us and let us know if you have found somewhere you think should be added.

Room Temperature: Please use the Smart heating controller to control the temperature.
